"This was my first time going to this laundromat with new ownership. I was met with a smile and Jessie was so helpful. I rarely write reviews but he went above and beyond! He helped me put my laundry through and had advice as far as settings and times he would recommend. I had a duvet and duvet cover and he took it upon himself to put tennis balls in to fluff up the duvet and help it dry evenly. He was so personable and met everyone that came through the door with a smile and offered the same help to them. I will definitely be going back! Thank you Jessie for making this a great experience! Lighthouse Laundry is so lucky to have you!"

"I had 2 sleeping bags and pillows to wash and found Lighthouse Laundry. We wanted the large washer which needs an app. Molly, who was attending was so helpful and helped us get set up quick without the app. She also advised to not use the dryer for the sleeping bags as they could melt. I appreciated her letting us know. No problem. It was a sunny day for air drying! Everyone was friendly and a customer even help me figure out how to shut the door. One quick large load and onward to our next adventure! Thanks Lighthouse, we will be back!"

"Best staffing of any laundromat in Portland. Good wash dry fold and pickup service. If you can, talk to an attendant about which machines to use, they will be super helpful and generous with you."
