"We stayed down the road for a 5 day visit to Portland. We dropped off over 20lbs of clothes for the wash and fold service. Ms. Tammy did an incredible job!! Every item was folded beautifully (even the thong lmao) and stacked according to size and whose clothes they were. Gentle detergent was requested due to sensitive skin and we are happy to report that Ms. Tammy was very accommodating. She said she has several options but stated her default is to use gentle, hypoallergenic products that she uses for the hospitals she contracts with. There was NO irritation to skin after wearing the clothes, all items seemed to be well cared for. Clothes were ready in 3 hours, cost was about $48. We completely recommend this place!! Life changing to have someone else take care of your clothes so you can explore and enjoy a city."

"The young who did my laundry? Not only did an awesome job on the same day, she delivered it to me at my hotel. I give this place five stars all the way. Next time I'm back in Maine I'll be using them again. Thank you for the service you provided me!"

"This was my first time going to this laundromat with new ownership. I was met with a smile and Jessie was so helpful. I rarely write reviews but he went above and beyond! He helped me put my laundry through and had advice as far as settings and times he would recommend. I had a duvet and duvet cover and he took it upon himself to put tennis balls in to fluff up the duvet and help it dry evenly. He was so personable and met everyone that came through the door with a smile and offered the same help to them. I will definitely be going back! Thank you Jessie for making this a great experience! Lighthouse Laundry is so lucky to have you!"
